Return Policy-
If you are not pleased with your order, please give us a chance to make it right. We value your patronage and our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. We realize that it can be difficult to shop sight-unseen so we do our best to accurately depict all of our items. Please realize that due to their custom nature, no two items are exactly the same. Fabric placement will vary per product. Also, colors may appear slightly different in person due to computer monitor calibration.
Returns are only accepted due to a mistake on our part, such as wrong item shipped, defective or broken parts, etc. Please email us asap so we can assist you by replacing the item in question if it is deemed our responsibility.
Shipping-
Currently, all standard shipping costs are included with our listed prices. This applies to the continental USA only. All shipping in the USA will include delivery confirmation, free of charge. If you would like it shipped priority or express, please email us and we will send you a separate invoice for the additional shipping charges.
If you are an international customer, you will be sent a separate invoice for shipping and shipping must be paid before your items ship.
Processing Time-
Due to the custom nature of our products, please allow 3-5 business days for them to be made and shipped. If you need an order rushed, please email us and we'll see what we can do to accommodate your time frame.
Out of Stock items-
Should an item be out of stock, you will receive an email notification of a back-order and it will ship immediately upon its re-stocking. Your invoice included with your shipment will also reflect this information.
